Civil Supervisor

The Civil Supervisor oversees and executes all civil maintenance activities across Danah Real Estate properties. This role ensures buildings, structures, and external areas are maintained to high standards, supporting safety, functionality, and asset longevity. The supervisor coordinates technicians, contractors, and vendors to deliver timely and cost‑effective facility services.

• Supervise day‑to‑day civil works including masonry, carpentry, painting, waterproofing, tiling, and concrete repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, façades, roofs, parking areas, and common areas.
• Identify defects, structural issues, and maintenance needs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed on time.
• Respond to urgent repair requests and ensure quick resolution.

• Lead and manage civil technicians and helpers.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work quality.
• Provide on‑site training and enforce safety practices.
• Verify attendance, productivity, and discipline of the team.

• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized civil works.
• Review contractor work quality, timelines, and compliance with specifications.
• Assist in preparing scope of work (SOW) and BOQs for civil projects.
• Verify and approve contractor invoices based on completed work.

• Ensure all civil works comply with Saudi building codes and safety regulations.
• Enforce company HSE policies and conduct toolbox talks.
• Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly.

• Maintain records of inspections, work orders, materials used, and completed tasks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Track material inventory and request supplies when needed.
• Support the FM Manager in budgeting and planning civil maintenance activities.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in civil maintenance, preferably in facility management or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of civil materials, building systems, and repair techniques.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing contractors.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
