Position: Project Coordinator - Residential Projects |

Leverage your expertise and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi contractor focused on high-quality large-scale residential projects in Saudi Arabia.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Projects Management Department in coordinating project activities across multiple sites to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with project objectives. The role involves working closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to monitor progress, track deliverables, and support effective project execution.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the planning and coordination of project activities across multiple construction sites.
  • Assist Project Managers in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules and report delays, risks, and issues to management.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Follow up on site activities to ensure alignment with approved plans and timelines.
  • Support coordination of materials, manpower, and logistics requirements when needed.
  • Track project documentation, approvals, and communication records.
  • Participate in project meetings and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in identifying project risks and supporting mitigation actions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in project coordination within construction projects.
  • Previous experience in residential, hospitality, and/or healthcare projects is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction project workflows and coordination processes.
  • Experience working with project management teams in construction companies.
  • Good knowledge of project scheduling and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced project environments and manage multiple priorities.
