Operations Manager
The Formwork & Scaffolding Section Head is responsible for planning, supervising, and managing all formwork and scaffolding activities across projects, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, cost control, and timely completion in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise all formwork and scaffolding operations on-site.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and method statements related to formwork and scaffolding systems.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, HSE standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct inspections for scaffolding and formwork installations before use.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of work activities.
• Manage material utilization and minimize wastage.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and daily/weekly work plans.
• Support procurement and technical evaluation of scaffolding and formwork materials/vendors.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
• Train and guide engineers, supervisors, and workers on best practices and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in Formwork & Scaffolding (mandatory).
• Experience in construction field is a must.
• Candidate must be a resident in KSA.
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
• Strong leadership and ability to guide teams.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & any structural analysis tool (capable of preparing simple designs).
