Senior Construction Manager; Saudi

JASARA PMC is searching for a Senior Construction Manager for their landmark endeavor poised to redefine the construction landscape. In this strategic role, you will take charge of overseeing all phases of the construction process, ensuring meticulous adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. You will play a key role in driving quality, safety, and performance while collaborating closely with a range of stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.

• Direct and manage the construction activities for the project from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain vision and clarity in project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction phase in a timely manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience in large-scale projects.
• Prior experience in managing cultural or civic projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Fluency in English
• Saudi candidates are highly preferred.
