Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction site operations and activities.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP and finishing works on site.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of planned milestones.
• Supervise subcontractors, site engineers and supervisors to ensure quality execution.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, procurement and project management teams.
• Review and monitor manpower, equipment and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are properly implemented.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in project coordination meetings.
• Support project managers in cost control and variation assessments.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning and handover activities are completed.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management and site execution.
• Mandatory experience working on construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and site coordination.
• Experience managing large‑scale commercial, residential or industrial projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.
