• Plan and oversee construction activities to meet project milestones and priorities
• Define staffing needs, budgets, and resource allocation for project execution
• Assign and manage construction superintendents across multiple work areas

• Bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management roles
