• Lead overall construction activities for major infrastructure works including roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage, utilities, and related structures
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with design, planning, HSE, and quality teams to ensure seamless construction phases
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and ensure key milestones are achieved
• Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans, and risk assessments
• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and client requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and chair weekly progress and coordination meetings
• Support claim evaluations, manage changes, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to construction teams
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Project Director and client

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 15 to 20 years construction management experience with 5 years in the Middle East
• Strong background in PMC roles for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC processes, and safety procedures
• Professional memberships such as PMI, ICE, or PMP advantageous
