• Lead planning and execution of construction activities to achieve project milestones
• Define staffing requirements and coordinate subcontractors and equipment availability
• Assign responsibilities to construction superintendents and monitor work progress
• Implement corrective actions to address delays or performance gaps
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and cost efficiency
• Identify risks and take preventive measures to ensure timely completion of project phases
• Ensure adherence to construction standards, quality control, and safety requirements
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to senior management and clients
• Act as primary liaison with clients, contractors, and government authorities
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support effective communication
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and labor policies

• Bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management roles
• Experience working on large civil, structural, or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and project execution methods
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
