• Conduct on-site inspections of civil engineering works including infrastructure, buildings, and public works projects
• Verify construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and Saudi Arabian building codes
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure materials used meet approved standards
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate project documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve construction issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality procedures
• Participate in pre-construction and progress meetings to identify risks and improvement areas
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and civil specifications
• Support the implementation of quality control and inspection procedures
• Utilize mobile inspection tools and reporting software for efficient site documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil inspection or construction supervision
• Prior experience on infrastructure or large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Professional inspection or construction certifications are an advantage

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and civil engineering standards
• In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction-related software
• Experience using mobile inspection and reporting tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills in English;
  Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple inspection activities across different project sites
