The position involves strong supervision of daily civil construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, technical, and planning teams to ensure smooth project execution and proper work sequencing.
- Monitor site progress, manpower productivity, subcontractor performance, and material availability.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and report site progress, technical issues, and construction challenges to project management.
- Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues to maintain construction progress targets.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, foremen, and site workforce during project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and authority requirements.
- Support project planning activities, work coordination, and construction sequencing.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and control of site resources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain proper documentation of site activities.
- Participate in snagging, testing, handover, and project close‑out activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision within large‑scale construction projects.
- Previous experience in residential, hospitality, and/or mixed‑use projects is preferred.
- Strong background in site execution, construction supervision, and subcontractor coordination.
- Experience working with main contractors or construction companies in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, site operations, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, and construction coordination processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction reporting tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced project environments and manage multiple site activities.
- Good reporting and documentation skills with attention to detail.
