Responsibilities include on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards, reviewing construction documents, and monitoring contractor performance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of experience, or a Diploma with at least 7 years of experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
