Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supervising construction works, monitoring daily site activities, and ensuring project completion in accordance with approved schedules and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction and supervision of high‑end residential buildings.
• Proven experience in site supervision and construction management.
• Strong knowledge of approved construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software.
• Ability to review and interpret approved project drawings and technical documents.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated, and capable of working effectively within a successful team environment.
• Highly committed, responsible, and professional in carrying out duties.
• Transferable Iqama is required.

• Supervise and monitor all construction activities on site.
• Review and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily site operations and follow up on work progress.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to the project schedule and milestones.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction‑related issues.
• Prepare site reports and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
