Overview
The Quantity Surveyor manages cost‑control activities, measurements, and contract‑related tasks for infrastructure projects.
Your role- Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports
- Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters
- Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works
- Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations
- Monitor project cost performance and report deviations
- Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration
