Rawaj-HCM is looking for a Fit-Out Construction Manager in Riyadh to lead and manage all fit-out construction activities for high-quality residential projects. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee subcontractor performance, and ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations.
The ideal candidate has at least 10-15 years of experience in fit-out projects and a strong background in high-end hospitality and luxury residential fit-outs. Excellent knowledge of construction methods and effective leadership skills are essential.
