CSA Supervisor

The CSA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities across data center projects to ensure delivery in line with design intent, quality standards, safety requirements, schedule commitments, and mission-critical operational expectations. The role works closely with construction management, MEP teams, contractors, consultants, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of CSA packages with highly technical data center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day execution of all CSA activities across data center construction works.
• Ensure construction is delivered in accordance with approved IFC drawings, technical specifications, project procedures, and client standards.
• Monitor civil works including foundations, concrete structures, steel structures, underground utilities, and external infrastructure.
• Oversee architectural scope including building envelope, roofing systems, raised floors, internal finishes, fire-rated assemblies, and support spaces.
• Coordinate closely with MEP disciplines to support equipment installation readiness and interface management.
• Ensure strict compliance with data center quality requirements, tolerances, and mission-critical construction standards.
• Conduct inspections, verify completed works, and support QA/QC processes including ITPs, punch lists, and close-out documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance, productivity, site logistics, and progress against baseline schedules.
• Review and support resolution of RFIs, NCRs, site observations, and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and promote safe construction practices.
• Participate in progress meetings, site coordination sessions, and reporting activities.
• Support pre-commissioning, integrated testing, and project handover activities.
