Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates for various construction projects, utilizing advanced software tools to ensure accuracy in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Conduct thorough site visits to assess project progress and compliance with specifications, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any discrepancies in project specifications, fostering a cooperative approach to problem‑solving.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost control measures to minimize financial risks and ensure project profitability.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are addressed to protect the company's interests.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and material selection, contributing to the overall efficiency and sustainability of the project.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, including financial performance and risk assessments, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and pricing, enhancing the project’s financial viability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, continuously improving your knowledge to provide innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage.
