Our dedicated Cost Management team at RLB KSA is responsible for seeing a project through from the initial concept stages to completion. Their main task is to break down projects into stages, taking responsibility for monitoring and managing the programme, cost, quality, and risk of each stage of the project. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long‑term relationships with them.
We are a sector‑focused business actively operating and delivering within the Commercial, Residential, Education, Hospitality, Data Centre, Mixed Use, Sports, and Retail sectors. Our Cost Management team works closely with clients, advising them on financial matters, project risks, procurement, contractual and contract matters using our depth of experience to provide an informed, independent professional opinion.
We are keen to connect with individuals who bring strong technical capability, client‑facing confidence, and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset. Professionals who typically thrive in our environment often have:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline
4+ years’ experience in cost or commercial management
A chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – MRICS (preferable)
Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
The ability to work collaboratively, prioritise workloads, and deliver against deadlines
A positive, flexible and professional attitude suited to a dynamic project environment
