We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading international main contractor delivering a major 40MW Data Centre project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is a flagship project and we are seeking candidates who have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale data centre developments from inception through to handover within a main contracting environment.

Key Requirements

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Must have successfully delivered at least one data centre project from start to finish.
Strong background working for recognised main contractors.
Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams on complex projects.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
Excellent understanding of project controls, programme management, cost management, quality, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall delivery of a 40MW data centre project from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
Ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and implement project execution strategies and delivery plans.
Monitor construction progress and mitigate risks to maintain programme milestones.
Coordinate with client representatives and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive commercial performance and manage contractual obligations.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for the project delivery team.
