Kanz is seeking a Quantity Surveyor based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to support pre-contract and commercial functions, including BOQ preparation and cost control. The ideal candidate will have a BSc or BEng in a relevant discipline and at least 9-11 years of experience in the construction industry.
Your role includes reviewing BOQs, conducting quantity take-offs, and supporting tender pricing. You will also require proficiency in measurement software and strong analytical skills to manage commercial projects effectively.
