Leads cost control activities for civil works, ensuring project budgets, committed costs, actual costs, and forecasts are accurately monitored. Reviews cost trends, evaluates variations and claims, prepares management reports, supports cash flow analysis, and advises project leadership on cost‑saving opportunities and commercial risks.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Solid experience in civil construction cost control, budget management, cost forecasting, commercial reporting, and contract cost analysis.
- Strong command of Excel, cost control tools, BOQ analysis, and construction documentation.
- KSA mega‑project or building project experience is preferred.
