Structural Inspector

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Inspector based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Structural Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and supervising structural works on construction projects, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, foundations, and other structural elements, ensuring works are executed safely, correctly, and in line with approved methods.

The role involves ensuring that all structural works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and applicable local and international codes.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• 7–9 years of professional experience in structural inspection and site supervision within the construction or engineering consulting industry
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete works, structural steel works, foundations, formwork systems, and structural construction practices
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC), ACI, ASTM, and other relevant structural codes and standards
• Proven ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests (IRs)
• Proven experience supervising contractors and site personnel to ensure work quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Experience in quality control procedures, concrete testing, steel inspections, and site supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and inspection reporting tools
• Good command of English (written and spoken);
  Arabic is an advantage
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance
