The candidate should hold a Civil Engineering degree and bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia, with involvement in large-scale tenders and D&B projects.
The role requires exposure to Main Contractor environments and delivery of cost estimates for Residential/Commercial/High-Rise sectors, based in Riyadh on site
