Assistant Design Manager; Saudi National

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Saudi National Assistant Design Manager to join our team! In this role you will oversee and manage road construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality road construction projects on time and within budget.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving the successful execution of road infrastructure projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Must be Saudi National
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in road construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of road design, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local and international construction codes, standards, and regulations.
