Project Manager, Procurement ​/ Purchasing, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

We design, fabricate and install through our own multidisciplinary factory — CNC, metal, joinery, print and finishing — which is how we deliver fast‑track projects at a quality level few can match. Full‑time, on‑site Project Manager based in Riyadh. You will run exhibition and event builds end to end — planning, factory production, procurement and subcontractors, logistics, site installation and handover — owning scope, schedule, budget and quality. Day to day, you will develop project programmes, coordinate internal teams and clients, track progress against milestones, manage RAMS and site documentation, and resolve issues before they reach the client.

You will be the single point of accountability from award to opening night.

• 5+ years managing exhibition, events or high‑end fit‑out projects — KSA experience essential
• Proven delivery of fast‑track builds: tight programmes, night works, live venues
• Strong command of programmes, RAMS, drawings and quality control
• Experience coordinating procurement, logistics and subcontractors (joinery, metal, MEP, specialist finishes)
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management; strong English, Arabic a plus
• Degree in engineering, construction management or related field; PMP a plus
