The Senior Project Manager will act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets while meeting quality, sustainability and safety standards.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and who wants to make a difference to the Project Management division.

• Lead and manage all mechanical pre‑construction activities, including design constructability, procurement, contracts and budget planning.
• Develop working relationships, problem‑solve and drive projects to successful completion.
• Manage the design process to achieve the client’s requirements and manage expectations.
• Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost‑saving measures, discrepancies and potential construction problems.
• Manage project safety and environmental requirements.
• Manage project timelines, risks and reporting.
• Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track.
• Be engaged with marketing and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery.
• Draft contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates and work closely with the project team to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents.
• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate excellent management and interpersonal skills, an engaging approach and a strong core technical skill set with an understanding of construction and an appreciation of commercial and contractual awareness.
• Have a strong pre‑contract and post‑contract full life‑cycle delivery background.

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
• Professional qualification in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering or architecture.
• Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from conception through all operational stages to completion and post‑project review.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of all main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Design, management or construction experience in the general construction environment, ideally residential, office, fit‑outs and health & education.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  Primavera skills highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
