- Develop, implement, and oversee the HSE framework for all data center construction activities.
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments, ensuring strict compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe work procedures.
- Lead site safety inspections, training programs, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Partner closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to foster a proactive safety culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a recognized HSE qualification/certification.
- 20–25 years of progressive HSE experience, including significant exposure to mission-critical, industrial, or data center construction projects.
- Mandatory hands‑on project execution background, with experience managing safety throughout the project lifecycle from mobilization to commissioning and handover.
- Thorough knowledge of construction safety standards, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor safety teams in a fast‑paced project environment.
