Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning and scheduling activities across construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls, scheduling, progress monitoring, and resource planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Develop, maintain, and update project master schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and look-ahead programs.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform critical path analysis and evaluate schedule risks.
• Coordinate planning activities with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Monitor project performance against approved schedules and contractual milestones.
• Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims through schedule analysis and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project planning standards, reporting procedures, and client requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Planning Engineers within the project team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning, with at least 3 years in a Planning Manager role.
• Proven experience in managing planning activities for large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, site‑based project environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Experience with Aconex and/or Oracle Primavera Unifier is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
