Senior Construction Manager; Roads

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager – Roads to lead a major roads & infrastructure PMO in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing construction site management, logistics, and supervision of design consultant activities, along with maintaining schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality through inspections and commissioning.

• Oversee the construction supervision activities of the design consultant and manage construction projects.
• Work closely with the Project Controls Department to establish and maintain the Master Schedule and Budget.
• Participate in value engineering reviews during design and construction.
• Coordinate with a high‑level construction management team to provide oversight of site supervision and inspection services, as well as interface with commissioning and start‑up activities.
• Be based at the PMO site offices at all times to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor construction progress, chair progress meetings, and use innovation software to validate progress.
• Supervise the preparation of construction procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a construction‑related field (or equivalent construction work experience).
• Minimum 15+ years of field construction experience.
• Experience with large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction‑related processes and industry practices.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capability.
