Site Foreman – Interior Fit

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and labor teams
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Monitor workmanship quality and productivity
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Manager
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and support timely project execution
• Monitor material usage and maintain good site housekeeping
• Supervise high‑end interior finishing works including woodwork and joinery
• Flooring installations
• Stone and marble cladding
• Ceramic and porcelain tiling
• Ceiling and wall finishes
• Other architectural fit‑out works
• Ensure exceptional workmanship accuracy and attention to detail throughout all finishing activities

• Must have proven experience in Interior Fit‑Out projects (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
