Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is looking for a highly skilled
** Fit Out Project Manager
** to oversee and deliver complex interior fit-out projects in Riyadh. As part of our Project Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of high-profile commercial, residential, and government projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will manage day-to-day project activities, including planning, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder communication, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
* ** Lead
* * the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
* ** Manage
* * project schedules, budgets, and resources using tools such as
** Primavera P6
** and
** MS Project**.
* ** Coordinate
* * with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
* ** Monitor
* * project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to address delays or quality issues.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), safety standards (ISO 45001), and client-specific requirements.
* ** Develop
* * detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
* ** Oversee
* * procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material approvals.
* ** Conduct
* * regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
* ** Prepare
* * and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and solutions.
* ** Foster
* * strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
* ** Implement
* * sustainability practices in line with

Required Qualifications
* ** Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management**.
* Minimum of
** 8 years of experience
** in project management, with at least
** 5 years
** in interior fit-out projects.
* ** PMP certification
** or equivalent project management credential.
* Proficiency in
** Primavera P6**,
** AutoCAD**, and
** MS Project**.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant safety standards (ISO 45001, NEBOSH).
* Registration with the
** Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.##

Preferred Qualifications
* ** Master's degree
** in Construction Management or a related field.
* Experience with
** luxury fit-out projects
** or high-end commercial interiors.
* Certification in
** LEED

** Mostadam
* * for sustainable construction practices.
* Familiarity with
** BIM tools
** such as Revit or Navisworks.
* Experience working on
** Saudi Vision 2030 giga-projects**.## Working Conditions
* Based in Riyadh, with frequent visits to project sites.
* Combination of office and on-site work environments.
* Exposure to construction site conditions, requiring the use of

* Standard working hours with occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines.
