Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is looking for an experienced
** Senior Civil Construction Manager
** to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities
* ** Lead
* * the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
* ** Manage
* * project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), safety standards (ISO 45001), and other regulatory requirements.
* ** Coordinate
* * with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve project challenges.
* ** Develop
* * and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays or cost overruns.
* ** Monitor
* * site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
* ** Supervise

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science in
** Civil Engineering
** or a related field.
* Minimum of
** 12 years of experience
** in civil construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Professional registration with the
** Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**.
* Proven expertise in project management tools such as
** Primavera P6
** and
** AutoCAD Civil 3D**.
* Strong knowledge of
** Saudi Building Code (SBC)
** and safety standards such as
** ISO 45001**.
* Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure or government mega-projects.
* Proficiency in contract management and procurement processes.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.##

Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s degree in
