Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to lead and manage all civil, structural, and architectural activities for a prestigious hotel construction project. The role involves end-to-end site supervision, from planning and execution to quality control and safety compliance, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Review drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project design and requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and material requirements to support timely project delivery.
• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and report incidents in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance records, material logs, and daily progress reports.
• Evaluate team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in hotel or high-rise projects.
• GCC experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong technical ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
