Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final execution ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards addressing any issues proactively
- Manage project budgets including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to avoid cost overruns
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction management, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) is highly regarded.
- Experienced in execution of Facade sector GRC, Precast, Alu+Glass.
