As the Talent Acquisition Manager
, I am looking for a highly systematic, results-driven Project Manager who can take full ownership of our signature interior design and fit-out projects from inception to flawless handover. We need a leader who balances grand-scale coordination with an absolute obsession for detail—someone who can command sites, streamline complex global logistics, enforce rigorous quality control, and protect the strict confidentiality our elite clientele expects.

FEIZO DESIGN is a Saudi-based global interior design and fit-out studio with over 15 years of experience delivering luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the GCC. The studio blends European design precision, Italian craftsmanship, and deep regional knowledge to execute high-end projects with strict quality and delivery standards.

FEIZO DESIGN manages projects end to end, integrating design, engineering, and execution to ensure consistency and control. The team sources unique materials worldwide and is developing a “Material Museum” to showcase its extensive collection. The company is also known for maintaining strict client confidentiality and privacy to protect unique designs and exclusive projects.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters and project sites in Riyadh
, with occasional regional travel as required.

As a Project Manager
, you will be the operational backbone of our execution phase. You will synchronize design intent with real-world construction, ensuring that every milestone is met with uncompromising precision.

• End-to-End Project Ownership:
  Oversee luxury interior design and fit-out projects from inception to handover—rigorously managing project scope, critical path timelines, budgets, and luxury quality standards.
• Supply Chain & Expediting:
  Take a hands-on approach to expediting activities. Track material and equipment orders globally, proactively follow up with premium suppliers, and resolve logistical bottlenecks to guarantee on-time site delivery.
• On-Site Inspection & Quality Control:
  Conduct thorough on-site inspections of active works, finishes, and structural fit-outs to ensure flawless adherence to design specifications and elite benchmarks.
• Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Synergy:
  Coordinate seamlessly between internal design, engineering, and procurement teams. Supervise specialized contractors, manage site vendors, prepare precise progress reports, and maintain clear, high-level communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Fit-out & Construction Mastery:
  Strong, proven project management experience specifically within high-end construction, luxury interior design, or premium fit-out environments.
• Hands-on Expediting & Logistics:
  Explicit experience in expediting activities—including order tracking, aggressive supplier follow-ups, and the planning/coordination of complex logistics management for premium materials and heavy site equipment.
• Rigorous Quality Inspection:
  Sharp eye for high-end aesthetics with practical skills in conducting structural, material, and finishing inspections on-site.
• Team & Vendor Leadership:
  Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, specialized artisans, and fast-paced subcontractors on high-ticket, sensitive projects.
• Organizational Excellence:
  Exceptional time-management, problem-solving, and risk-mitigation abilities, with a relentless attention to detail.
• Education &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural), Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
• Language & Locality:
  Clear and professional communication skills in English are strictly required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Mobility:
  Full readiness to work on-site in Riyadh and travel occasionally to project locations across the region as required.
