Civil Engineer

SANY Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and oversee construction projects while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise general contracting and subcontracting construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
• Ensure all construction work complies with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Saudi Civil Defense fire protection regulations

• Coordinate with Baladiya (Municipality) and Saudi Civil Defense for approvals, inspections, reporting, and project handover.
• Monitor construction quality, safety, and project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction methods to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, inspection records, and completion evidence.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Proven experience in construction supervision, general contracting, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), Civil Defense requirements, and municipal approval procedures.
• Experience working with contractors and government authorities in Saudi Arabia.
• Chinese language proficiency is required （spoken and/or written）.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
