We are hiring:
Construction Commercial Manager
We are looking for an experienced Construction Commercial Manager to join a major project in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate must be degree-qualified and have strong experience across both pre-contract and post-contract commercial management. Previous experience with a leading main contractor would be highly advantageous.
Key requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
- Strong pre-contract and post-contract experience
- Tendering, procurement and contract administration expertise
- Commercial reporting, cost control and forecasting experience
- Strong knowledge of variations, claims and final accounts
- Previous main contractor experience preferred
- Major building or infrastructure project experience
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial risk
- Saudi Arabia or wider Middle East experience would be beneficial
