We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Civil Foreman in Saudi Arabia
. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Building Maintenance sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals.

• Supervise daily building maintenance and civil repair activities.
• Allocate work and monitor productivity of site workers.
• Ensure quality standards and project specifications are followed.
• Coordinate with engineers and project management teams.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Inspect completed work and resolve site-related issues.
• Manage material usage and workforce effectively.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update supervisors.

• Building Maintenance – Experience in maintenance of commercial or residential buildings.
• Civil Supervision – Ability to manage site execution efficiently.
• Safety Compliance – Knowledge of site safety procedures.
• Team Management – Lead and coordinate site workers effectively.

• Ability to read civil drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in building maintenance and civil site supervision. Experience in large-scale maintenance projects and managing site teams is preferred.

• Minimum: Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering (Typical)
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Additional: HSE or Construction Safety Certification (Typical)
