Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our project teams in the Kingdom, with opportunities available in both Riyadh and/or Dammam. You will work on landmark mixed-use and hospitality developments alongside experienced international engineers, consultants, and contractors, with structured on-site exposure and responsibility that grows as you progress. We welcome applications from both early-career engineers and recent graduates with strong site potential.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day supervision of construction works in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project programmes
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals; raise and track technical queries with consultants and contractors
• Carry out site inspections and prepare inspection requests, site reports, and progress records
• Support quantity take-offs, progress measurement, and verification of contractor payment applications
• Track project schedules and report delays, risks, and variations to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with design, procurement, QS, and HSE teams to resolve interface issues
• Ensure works comply with the Saudi Building Code, municipality requirements, and project HSE standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and as-built information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), or able to complete registration before joining
• 0–4 years of experience in construction, real estate development, or consultancy; recent graduates with internship or co-op site experience are encouraged to apply
• Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Riyadh or Dammam

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Understanding of the Saudi Building Code and local authority inspection processes
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to reporting
• Willingness to spend the majority of the working day on site

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to BIM / Revit or Primavera P6
• Experience or graduation project in building, mixed-use, or hospitality works
• Familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts and international consultants
