Location: Across many projects in Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ), cost estimates, and tender pricing for OHTL/Substation/UG cable projects.
- Measure and value completed works for Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and final accounts.
- Review and evaluate Variation Orders (VOs); assess cost/time impact.
- Conduct subcontractor and supplier quotation comparisons and negotiate rates.
- Monitor project budgets vs. actual costs; flag overruns early.
- Support claims preparation (EOT, disruption, delay) in coordination with Contracts & Claims team.
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC conditions of contract where applicable.
- Maintain cost reports and cash flow forecasts for management reporting.
- Liaise with client's QS/cost consultants for measurement and valuation agreement.
- Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications for pricing accuracy.
- At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering
