Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Riyadh As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and implementing construction projects within the given budget and timeline You will work closely with architects engineers subcontractors and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Plan and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress
• Oversee subcontractor selection and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Communicate with stakeholders including clients architects engineers and subcontractors
• Provide regular updates on project progress to upper management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
• Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary permitsapprovals
• Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Proven track record of successfully completing large scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes safety regulations and legal requirements
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred

Salary 1300$ per month

Location Riyadh

Nationalities Egyptian citizens preferred but open to foreigners
