Manage and coordinate all fit-out works to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise fit-out construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, quality, and costs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports and support project handover.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably luxury hotels, commercial, or high-end residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out construction, finishing works, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
