• Prepare and review project quantity measurements and calculations.
• Perform accurate quantification and quantity surveying activities.
• Analyze project quantities, costs, extracts, and supporting documentation.
• Support cost management and commercial project requirements.
• Review project documents to ensure accurate quantity and cost calculations.
• Use ERP systems to manage and process relevant project and commercial information.
• Utilize Odoo where applicable to support quantity surveying and project workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant project teams regarding quantities, measurements, and commercial information.
• Ensure calculations and documentation are prepared accurately and in accordance with project requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Saudi Arabia in quantification and quantity surveying.
• Strong experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience using Odoo is preferred.
• Recognized professional certification such as RICS or equivalent is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of quantities, costs, extracts, and project documentation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of construction project documentation and commercial processes.
