We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in contract management.
- Proven experience managing contracts with government and private sector clients, as well as contractors.
- Strong experience in reviewing new contracts and managing existing agreements.
- Strong knowledge of contractual risk mitigation, claims management, contractual obligations, renewals, and compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in the construction and contracting sector is highly preferred.
