Role Overview
Manage planning and schedule monitoring activities for the assigned project/package and review Contractor performance against approved schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Review and monitor Contractor baseline schedules and updates.
- Monitor actual progress against planned progress.
- Review look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
- Identify delays, critical activities, and potential schedule risks.
- Prepare schedule analysis and progress reports.
- Coordinate with site supervision and engineering teams to validate progress.
- Maintain project planning dashboards and schedule records.

Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
. - Strong experience in construction planning and supervision consultancy.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6
, Microsoft Excel, Power BI - Experience reviewing Contractor schedules and progress.
- Good understanding of critical path and schedule analysis.
- PMP®
- PMI-SP®
