WSP USA is seeking a qualified HSE Specialist (Saudi nationals only) to join the PMCM team on a major project in Riyadh. You will monitor and enforce HSE requirements across construction activities and promote a strong safety culture.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related health and safety field, with 5–8 years of HSE experience on large projects, and solid knowledge of Saudi regulations and international standards. Immediate mobilization is preferred.
