Labor, Accommodation & Projects Supervisor– Architectural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer – Labor, Accommodation & Projects Supervisor to oversee accommodation facilities, construction and renovation projects, maintenance activities, and related operational services across the company’s branches in Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, and Madinah
.

• Supervise and follow up on employee accommodation facilities across all branches.
• Manage and monitor ongoing and upcoming construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects.
• Supervise cleaning and hospitality staff and ensure proper performance and service standards.
• Prepare and review Scopes of Work (SOW) for minor and major maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and follow up on periodic HVAC maintenance and repair works

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing and carpentry works
  .
• Follow up on all branch maintenance requests, observations, and requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure proper execution of works according to required quality standards and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project and maintenance progress.
• Review contractors’ work and ensure compliance with approved scopes of work.
• Prepare reports regarding project progress, maintenance status, branch requirements, and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance and project activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in construction, renovation, facilities, or maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and construction works.
• Experience in contractor management and site supervision.
• Ability to prepare and review Scopes of Work (SOW).
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel between branches when required.
