Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE requirements across construction activities ensuring safe working practices and compliance with project and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily construction activities for HSE compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices
- Ensure Contractor compliance with approved HSE plans procedures and risk assessments
- Monitor toolbox talks permits and safe work practices
- Support incident reporting and investigation
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in HSE meetings audits and awareness activities
- Prepare HSE observations inspection reports and daily weekly reports
- Escalate significant HSE risks and violations to the HSE Manager
- Experience in construction supervision or major civil engineering projects.
- Experience working directly with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives on site.
- Good knowledge of HSE procedures and site safety requirements.
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Diploma or BSc in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant HSE experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of risk assessments is a plus.
