Construction Supervision CS Saudi Arabia Build the Future with JASARA Jasara is continuously seeking talented professionals to join our growing network of experts for current and future Construction Supervision CS opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom s most ambitious development programs Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments residential communities commercial facilities hospitality healthcare education infrastructure and public realm developments We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA

Support the commercial and cost management activities of the Supervision Consultant including measurement valuation variation review and cost monitoring

• Review Contractor payment applications and supporting measurements
• Verify quantities and completed works with the site team
• Assist in reviewing variations and claims
• Maintain cost and quantity records
• Monitor project costs and identify potential cost impacts
• Review BOQs drawings and specifications for measurement purposes
• Support preparation of commercial reports
• Assist with final account and close-out activities

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience .
• Experience in construction supervision or consultancy preferred.
• Knowledge of measurement, valuations, variations, and cost control.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and BOQs.
