Support the Supervision Consultant in administering the construction contract and monitoring the Contractor s contractual performance ensuring compliance with contract requirements procedures and commercial obligations
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the Contractor s compliance with contractual requirements and obligations
- Review and manage Contractor contractual submissions notices and correspondence
- Review variations claims extensions of time and other contractual matters
- Support the assessment of Contractor claims and entitlement in coordination with the commercial and technical teams
- Maintain contract registers notices instructions and contractual records
- Review Contractor payment-related and commercial submissions as required
- Coordinate with engineering planning QS and site supervision teams on contractual matters
- Identify contractual risks and potential impacts on cost and schedule
- Prepare contractual reports recommendations and correspondence
- Support contract close-out final account and resolution of outstanding contractual matters

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of Previous experience working as a lead position
- Previous experience with a Consultant/Supervision Consultant is preferred.
- Experience in administering major construction/infrastructure contracts.
- Good knowledge of FIDIC Saudi local laws contracts and construction contract procedures.
- Experience with variations, claims, extensions of time, notices, and contractual correspondence.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- FIDIC Certified Contract Professional (FCCP) highly relevant.
- MRICS / RICSPMP
