Senior Cost Manager​/Associate

An established international cost consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Cost Manager Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Riyadh team This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious quantity surveying professional to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the Middle East The successful candidate will have experience across both pre-contract and post-contract cost management services and will be looking to develop their career within a collaborative and professional consultancy environment

• Deliver cost management services throughout the full project lifecycle
• Prepare cost plans estimates and feasibility studies
• Undertake tender documentation tender analysis and procurement advice
• Manage valuations payment applications and cost reporting
• Assess and negotiate variations and change control
• Prepare final accounts and support project close-out
• Liaise with clients consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Assist in maintaining high standards of commercial and contractual advice

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience, with 10+ years' experience being highly desirable.
• Consultancy experience in cost management/quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of both pre-contract and post-contract services.
• Experience using CostX is highly desirable.
• MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
